Candidate must have passed graduation or an equivalent examination in any discipline from a UGC recognized University with 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates applying for three year LLB Programme must have passed graduation or an equivalent examination in any discipline from a UGC recognized University with 50% marks in aggregate .The candidates who have appeared in final year qualifying examination in 2015 and awaiting result can also appear in this examination.

It is an All India level Entrance Examination for Admission into first year of all the Programmes being offered by the University.

SRMHCAT a Nationwide Entrance Examination would be held through online as well as offline mode, candidates can choose their exam mode as per their preference and convenience. Successful candidate of SRMJEEE will also be eligible for admission in to SRM University Haryana.
