B.Sc (Bachelor of Science) - Visual Communications

B.Sc (Visual Communications) is a Three Year (6 Semesters) course. The minimum eligibility for admitting into this program is to pass in +2 examination (or) equivalent examination.

The students of this program learn in their 3 year study period about Introduction to Foundations of Art and Design, Introduction to Communication, Introduction to Media Studies. Drawing, Photgraphy, E-Skills, Graphic Design,  Light & Sound, Media Management & Entrepreneurship, Radio Production, Visual Analysis, Writing for Media, AV editing Techniques, 2D Animation, Video Production, Introduction to Film Studies, Ecology & Environment, Advertising, Instructional Design, Composting, 3D Animation, Television Production, Presenting on Media, Design for Web, Media Culture & Society, Media Research Methods and elective subjects -  Advertising/Animation/Film Making.

After completing degree program in Visual Communications, students might pursue several related career opportunities. They could explore job prospects in  Film Production Houses, Digital Marketing Agencies, Marketing Agencies, Advertising Agencies, TV Broadcast Groups,  Visual Communication/Media Colleges (or training institutes) as Graphic designer, Photographer, TV Production professional, Film Director and Producer, Advertising professional, Animator, Lecturer/Instructor, Web designer, Videographer, Editor, Writer, Visual Media Manager, Anchor/VJ, Design Developer.

Only candidates who have the requisite qualification from foreign universities or Boards of Higher Education recognized as equivalent to the +2stage of Indian Education mode by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi are eligible for seeking admission. 
If required, candidates will be asked to obtain the 'eligibility certificate' from the AIU, New Delhi.
Admissions are in conformity with the guidelines set by the Association of Indian Universities and the Statutory Bodies of India like the University Grants Commission of India (UGC), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Pharmacy Council of India, Architecture Council of India, Bar Council of India etc.

Based on the predicted scores / final scores, the eligibility requirements for the program applied for have been found to be satisfied then the Provisional Admission Letter will be Emailed to aspirant's mail id.

Step - 3 

Accept the Provisional Admission Letter, pay the Registration Fee (Mentioned in Provisional Admission Letter) stated in the letter and apply for Final Admission Letter & Accommodation.

KLU will issue confirmation of admission after receiving the payment.  

Step - 4 

Apply for VISA at Indian Embassy/Mission at your country by presenting confirmation of admission. (This is not applicable for Nepal and Bhutan students).

Step - 5

Share your travel details with International Relations Staff through to arrange pickup and accommodation facilities

Step - 6

Arrive at K L University, Submit all Original Documents, Fee Transaction Details and start your program of study.
